School Development Plan 2017 – 18

 

Leadership and Management

  • Middle leaders ensure a broad curriculum across the school
  • Governors further develop systems to hold the school to account and ensure progress

Quality of Teaching, Learning and Assessment

  • Good or better teaching in 100% of classes, with depth of learning strategies evident
  • Teaching of key skills across the curriculum is good
  • EYFS – assessment methods inform challenging teaching and independent learning
  • Interventions run by support staff lead to accelerated progress

Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare

  • Ensure calm, purposeful lunchtimes
  • Children take pride in the school
  • Ensure new Ealing PSHE scheme, behavioural project and Healthy lunch project are successful in school

Outcomes for Pupils

  • Accelerated progress leads to an increase in %ARE in all classes and subjects
  • Identified gaps for groups in each class are closed effectively term on term

  • Forest school used and maintained by all children
