Super work and participation - celebrating success

Article 29 - every child has the right to be the best they can be.

Some amazing photos from Year 3 last week celebrating Mental health week theme - "Dress to express". Well done Millie, Jessica and Gabriel.

Miss Ferguson is very impressed with the following Year 2 pupils:

  • Silene - always goes above an beyond especially when it comes to corrections. She has produced some fantastic art work and history fact file and just recently she made a lovely hat as part of the "express yourself" children's mental health day.
  • George B - he has produced some incredible history recently, recreating his favourite part of the moon landing and a wonderful story about aliens on purple mash.
  • Gurfateh and George M - have tried so hard, and have never missed 1 piece of work or one zoom meeting and all their corrections are completed.

Avani - she has also gone above and beyond to produce stunning work all over, most recently her explanations (reasoning) for our comparing objects and numbers in maths and I couldn't be prouder.

Ms Tausch is very impressed with the following Year 6 pupils:

  • Mumtaza and Nawal - working extremely hard to ensure all her English tasks are punctuated correctly, include appropriate vocabulary for the text/genre as well as completing all other tasks on Google Classroom and Purple Mash.
  • Daniel, Maria, Kashaf, Nishanth, Simarjyot, Maryam  - completing tasks and following instructions to ensure work is of a high standard.
  • Sanichya - Writing outstanding book reviews throughout this half term, giving excellent reasons for her comments and using high level vocabulary.
  • Kiyah and Yusra - Geography - excellent persuasive letters about recycling and sustainability; using appropriate emotional language and technical vocabulary.

Meeting royalty

What an amazing opportunity!

Two of our Year 3 pupils (Paris and Millie) had an amazing experience on Tuesday 29th September – they met Kate Middleton (Duchess of Cambridge) when she visited the Northolt Beaver and Scout group on the day she was named joint president of the Scouts, alongside the Queen's cousin - the Duke of Kent.
