Internet Safety

Using the internet is now part of everyday life and it can be a really helpful tool to learn, communicate and widen our horizons. However there are also risks when being online so please read the important advice below.

  • Always ask a grown up before you use the internet. Parents, where possible, keep computers and tablets in communal areas in the house.
  • Don’t tell strangers where you live, your phone number or where you go to school.
  • Don’t send pictures to people you don’t know.
  • Tell a grown up if you feel scared or unhappy about anything.
  • You can also call ‘Childline’ on: 08001111 to talk to someone who can help.
