Medical Matters
Please ensure that we have an up to date telephone number where you can be contacted during the day should your child become unwell or have an accident at school
Always notify the school of any change with your contact details in case of emergency
If your child has a medical condition you will need to fill in a health care plan to ensure that staff can meet your childs medical needs while they are at school.
If your child is on prescribed medication we are able to supervise your child taking their medication.
The medication must have your childs; name, date of birth and dosage information on the container and packaging.
You will need to fill in a parental consent to administer medication form, these are available from the office, medical room and nursery
Children with medical conditions are identified to staff by their photograph on display in both the staff room and medical room.
